01Robot Programming
Robot programming for eight robot platforms
Our engineering and programming teams work with FANUC, ABB, KUKA, MOTOMAN, KAWASAKI, Hyundai, UR and NACHI robots, from one robot to a full turnkey system.

01Overview
What robot programming covers
What it is
Robot programming sets the paths, speeds, signals and safety zones a robot follows, and ties the robot to the PLC and the rest of the cell.
Why it matters
The program decides whether a cell makes its rate, and a small gain in path or wait time repeats on every cycle for the life of the line.
How ARS does it
Cells are modeled in fully dynamic simulation for multiple robot models, with robot, PLC and vision programming done together, and tuned for the best cycle time possible.
Our engineering and programming teams have considerable knowledge and experience with FANUC, ABB, KUKA, MOTOMAN, KAWASAKI, Hyundai, UR and NACHI Robots.

05Questions
Common questions
Which robot brands does ARS program?
ARS programs FANUC, ABB, KUKA, MOTOMAN, KAWASAKI, Hyundai, UR and NACHI robots.
Can ARS work on a line that mixes robot brands?
Yes. ARS programs all eight platforms listed on this page, so a mixed floor can have one programming partner.
Does ARS provide programmers for contract work?
Yes. ARS provides contract engineering support as well as full turnkey systems.
Is the cell simulated before programming starts on the floor?
ARS offers fully dynamic simulation with 3D graphics for multiple robot models, and virtual commissioning.
Where is ARS located?
ARS is at 56692 Mound Rd, Shelby Township, MI 48316, in Macomb County, Michigan.
